How long will my order take to arrive?

Orders placed before 2 pm on a working day are dispatched the same day; anything later goes out the next working day. Generally, couriers reach by 5-7 working days, but it can take longer in remote areas or during peak seasons. See our shipping policy for full details.

Is shipping free?

Accepted Answer

Shipping is free on every order of ₹300 or more. Below that, a flat ₹60 is added at checkout, shown before you pay.

Do you offer cash on delivery?

Accepted Answer

No. Every order is prepaid. You can pay by card (Visa, Mastercard, RuPay, American Express or Discover), UPI, net banking, a wallet, or a buy-now-pay-later option at checkout.

What happens if my payment fails or is charged twice?

The amount is refunded automatically to the source you paid from, normally within 7–10 working days. You do not need to raise a request — but if it has not appeared by then, message us with the date and amount and we will chase it with the gateway.

Question 5

How do I track my order?

Accepted Answer

You will receive a tracking link on WhatsApp and email as soon as the parcel is picked up, and again at each status change. You can also check any time on our Track Order page using the phone number you ordered with — no login needed. Tracking usually starts updating within 24 hours of dispatch.

Question 6

Can I change my address or cancel after ordering?

Accepted Answer

Yes, as long as the order has not been dispatched. Message us on WhatsApp with your order number and we will update the address or cancel and refund you in full. Once a parcel is with the courier, the address can no longer be changed.

Are your products suitable for sensitive skin?

Accepted Answer

Most are, but sensitivity is individual. Every product lists its full ingredients on the pack and on its product page. Patch test on the inside of your forearm or along the jaw for 24 hours before first use, and introduce one new product at a time so you can tell what your skin is responding to.

Do you test on animals?

Accepted Answer

No. We do not test finished products or ingredients on animals, we do not commission third parties to do so, and we do not sell in markets that require animal testing by law. Our suppliers commit to the same in writing.

Why do some batches look or smell slightly different?

Accepted Answer

Because they are made from plants. The colour of a turmeric, neem or rose batch shifts with the harvest, and a monsoon crop grinds differently from a summer one. We do not add dyes or fragrance to mask that. Texture and performance stay within a tested range; colour and aroma will vary a little.

How should I store my products?

Somewhere cool, dry and out of direct sunlight — a cupboard shelf rather than a bathroom windowsill, and out of the reach of children. Our products are powders, so moisture is the real enemy: damp makes them clump. Use a dry spoon, seal the pouch after every use, and never store it where steam from a shower can reach it.

How long do products last after opening?

Check the pack for the best-before date, which applies to an unopened pouch. Once opened, use it within the period printed on the pack and keep the pouch sealed between uses — these are preservative-free powders, so moisture is what shortens their life, not time on the shelf. Always take the powder out with a clean, dry spoon.

Are your products safe during pregnancy?

Our blends are plain ground botanicals with no essential oils, actives or preservatives, so there is nothing in them that pregnancy guidance usually asks you to avoid. Every ingredient is listed on the pack and on the product page. Even so, please check with your doctor or an Ayurvedic practitioner before starting anything new during pregnancy or while breastfeeding.

Can I return a product?

No. For hygiene and safety reasons we do not accept returns on any product, opened or unopened — natural, preservative-free skincare cannot be resold once it has left us. If your order arrived damaged, defective, or is not what you ordered, we replace it or refund you in full and nothing needs to be sent back.

My order arrived damaged. What do I do?

Message us on WhatsApp within 24 hours of delivery with your order details, clear photographs of the outer packaging, the product and the shipping label, and an unboxing video — recorded from before you opened the parcel, in one continuous take with no cuts or pauses. Our team reviews it and comes back with a suitable resolution, normally a replacement or a full refund including any shipping you paid. Nothing needs to be sent back, so please film every order as you open it.

How long does a refund take?

We approve or decline a request within 2 working days of receiving your photographs. Once approved, the refund is initiated within 24 hours and reaches your original payment method in 5–7 working days.

Do you offer exchanges?

Accepted Answer

No — for the same hygiene reason we cannot take a product back to swap it. If you ordered the wrong variant and the parcel has not been dispatched yet, message us on WhatsApp and we will cancel and refund it in full so you can order the right one.
